Follow the steps below to sign up and be a part of our vibrant community, ensuring you never miss out on crucial news and exciting events. Join the main email list

To join our main email list and stay informed, there are two easy steps::

  1. Email the group announcements+subscribe@lpena.groups.io with “Subscribe” in the subject heading
  2. Look for your confirmation email and confirm your subscription by replying “Yes!”
    • It may take a minute to show up in your inbox (see image below for an example of what to look for).
    • If you don’t see your confirmation email after 2-3 minutes, check your spam folders (or email the board to ask Chuck for help).

Join a special interest group to get in on all the FUN!

The steps to subscribe to each subgroup are the same as above:

  1. Email the group with “Subscribe” in the subject heading
  2. Reply to your confirmation email “yes!”

Once you’re a member, there’s a couple other things you can (optionally!) do!

Make an announcement

Currently our list is configured to allow anyone to make announcements by emailing announcements@lpena.groups.io! If you’re a new member, it may require a moderator to approve your message, but it’ll go through fairly quickly!

    Login to the mailing list app

    In order to log in to lpena.groups.io, you’ll need to click the “Forgot password” link or the magic “Email me a link” button. Either one is going to send you an email that will let you log in. If you don’t feel like setting a password, you can always do the “Email me a link” button.

    Browse old messages and explore the Groups.io site

    Once you’re logged in, click on the Messages link, you can browse through old messages. You can also look at the calendar (and add things!), look at the wiki and add entries, share photos, and myriad other things!
